We kick things off with a 1-hour consultation where we break down your current habits, your vision, and exactly how we’ll get you there. From there, I create a custom meal plan designed to fit your goals and fuel real progress.

You’ll also get a personalized training plan, sent weekly to keep you consistent and locked in. We’ll meet every week to track progress, make adjustments, and make sure you’re getting results. You’ll also have 24/7 access to message me with questions, check-ins, or anything you need along the way.
